| 1 | Laundry and ironing deliveries will be completed within 48 hours, and Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered within 72 hours, unless Express Services are selected. |
| 2 | One day delivery is not available before weekly offs & public holidays. |
| 3 | There will be an extra charge of 50% to 100% for Express garment delivery. |
| 4 | Customers are kindly requested to inspect garments upon delivery and address any concerns within 24 hours. |
| 5 | We do not assume responsibility for the fastness, running of color, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery work on garments during the processing, which are beyond our control. |
| 6 | While every effort is made to remove stains, Pure Touch 360 will not be held responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains |
| 7 | All articles are accepted at customers risk. |
| 8 | Although every effort is made to ensure timely clothes delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will provide regular updates regarding the revised delivery times. |
| 9 | Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible if garments are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date, unless the customer has provided advance notice of a delay. |
| 10 | We disclaim any liability for the loss or damage of clothes resulting from events such as fire, burglary, etc., which are beyond our control. |
| 11 | The tariff of designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. |
| 12 | We will carry out the cleaning process for designer wear in accordance with the recommendations or suggestions provided by the designer, given that our technology supports those specifications |
| 13 | In the event of damage to garments or home linen resulting from professional negligence during the process, we may entertain compensation claims, with the maximum limit set at 5 times the fees charged. |
| 14 | All disputes are subject to State's jurisdiction only. |
